Acting on Behalf of Evolve Estates Reith Lambert has acquired Penicuik Shopping Centre, Penicuik.

Evolve Estates advised by Reith Lambert has purchased a new investment in Scotland to add to its growing UK investment portfolio which now stands at over £150 million in value.

Evolve Estates has purchased the freehold of the Penicuik Shopping Centre for circa £5m. The property comprises a multi let shopping parade of 17 retail units and a standalone dental surgery located on the pedestrianised section of John Street and Kentigern Mall. There are two dedicated service yards and a surfaced car park to the rear of the retail units.
