Acting on behalf of clients of AXA REIM the Capital Markets team at Reith Lambert has sold a single let industrial investment at 6 James Street, Righead Industrial Estate, Bellshill. The property let to Saint Gobain for just over 7 years was sold for £4,300,000 to a London based Investment House in an off market deal.
