Reith Lambert have secured three tenants for three separate landlords within Ayr

Acting on behalf of AXA REIM (193-195 High Street) and Andrew Hay & Company (250 High Street), Vision Express and Warren James respectively have been secured on new 10 year leases. Independent operator Blue Lagoon have also committed to a new 20 year lease at 2-4 Alloway Street where Reith Lambert again represented the landlord, C&C Estates.
