Acting on Behalf of Shawlands Retail Limited Reith Lambert has disposed of Shawlands Shopping Centre, Glasgow.
The Investment team at Reith Lambert has advised Shawlands Retail Limited on the disposal of Shawlands Shopping Center, Glasgow to Clydebuilt Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Ediston Real Estate and Strathclyde Pension Fund.
The retail and leisure element of the centre totals approximately 100,000 sq ft with key tenants including; Boots, TSB, Nationwide, Sainsbury’s, Santander, Poundstretcher, JD Wetherspoon and most recently Pure Gym.

The redevelopment of the centre and adjacent office building has long been proposed, and when complete, will provide Shawlands with a shopping centre it can be proud of and the Partnership a robust investment that will be in line with modern retail and leisure customer and occupier demands.”
